All sales are final. Due to the custom-made nature of our pieces, we kindly ask that you are certain of your choices when placing an order, as we do not accept order cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or provide warranties. (Ready made pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value)
