Policy

Welcome to J Luxe Decor, where we offer functional art, wall decor, and custom pieces to elevate your space with sophistication and elegance.

J Luxe Decor | Eternity Flower Preservation 

​

1. When should I book my preservation?
To secure your spot, we recommend booking at least 3-4 months in advance. If you need a last-minute reservation, feel free to reach out—we may be able to accommodate!

​

2. How do I start the process?
Choose your items on the shop page and select your method of payment. Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email with detailed shipping instructions. After your event, send your flowers the next business day following our guidelines. (Please send no later than 5 days after the event) Once dried, we’ll work together to design your custom piece. The full process can take 6-10 months from start to finish.

3. Can you preserve flowers that are already dried?
Yes! We can work with pre-dried flowers, but they require different handling. Once you place your order, we’ll send specific shipping instructions.

4. How do flowers change when preserved?
Not all flowers dry the same way. Reds can deepen, whites may turn ivory, and flowers, like orchids may become more translucent. Some flowers may also develop clear spots once set in resin. The process of drying flowers can take up to 4 weeks to dry. If you have any specific concerns? Let’s chat before booking!

5. Do you offer color correction?
Yes! Our hand-painted color correction service enhances faded petals and restores them to their original vibrancy. This can be added anytime before your design is finalized.

6. Will my resin piece last over time?
Yes! We use high-quality resin designed for durability. To maintain clarity, keep your piece out of direct sunlight and extreme heat, as these can cause yellowing. Over time, all resin develops a subtle warm tone for a vintage look.

7. What happens to any extra flowers?
Unused flowers can be returned for a $20 shipping fee if requested at the time of drop-off. If you'd rather have them preserved, additional charges apply based on the quantity—just let us know your preferences!

POLICY

At J Luxe Decor, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re committed to providing you with an outstanding experience. If you ever have any questions, concerns, or simply want to chat about your order, don’t hesitate to reach out. We believe in the power of open communication and are always here to help make things right.​​

  • Refunds and Returns
    Since each piece we create is completely unique and customized just for you, we are unable to offer refunds or returns once your order has been started. We pour our heart and soul into every creation, so we do everything we can to ensure you're happy with the final product. If anything comes up during the creation process, we’ll be in touch and work with you to resolve it.

  • Order Cancellation

    We understand that plans change, and sometimes cancellations are necessary.          Here’s how we handle them:

​​

        - Cancellations before the flowers arrive are eligible for 90% refund.

        - Cancellation after the flowers have been processed and preserved are                    eligible for a 50% refund.

        - Cancellations after the flowers have been designed are eligible for 25%.

        - No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the flowers have been cast              in resin.

If the materials provided (such as flowers) aren’t in ideal condition, we may offer additional services, like bouquet recreation or color correction, for an extra charge.

  • Is it Completed?

     Creating your one-of-a-kind piece takes time, and we work hard to give it the         attention it deserves. On average, the process takes 6-10 months from the time       we receive your materials. While we aim to stick to this timeline, sometimes             things like the complexity of the design or unexpected circumstances can cause       delays. We promise to keep you updated, and if you're ever curious about the         status of your order, feel free to check in with us. 

 

We’re happy to work with you if you’d like to make any changes to your order. Whether you need adjustments to the design, materials, or size, just reach out to us at LetsCreate@jluxdecor.com, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Shipping

     Once your beautiful piece is ready, we’ll reach out to confirm your shipping             address before sending it your way. We carefully pack every order to ensure it         arrives safely, but please note that we can’t be responsible for any damage that       occurs after the package has been shipped. To protect you, we insure all                 shipments up to $1,000. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we’ll           file a claim and either recreate your piece or refund you up to the insured               amount. If this happens, please take detailed photos of the damage and the             packaging so we can assist you.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS​

​

  • Clean with a damp cloth to remove spills, stains dust, and general cleaning.

​

  • Use glass cleaner or a damp cloth and mild soap for stubborn spots such as fingerprints.

​

  • Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives.

​

  • Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

​

  • Do not place hot items directly on the holder.

​

  • Do not put in dishwasher (coasters, trays, all functional art pieces)

​

  • Check periodically for signs of wear or damage and address promptly.

​

By following these care instructions, you can enjoy your luxury pieces for years to come.
